The comparison between manual processes and automation was well explained. CRM development definitely plays a key role in scaling operations smoothly.
The Odyssey of the Learning Organization: Immersion explores how companies evolve through continuous learning, adaptability, and shared knowledge. Immersion-based learning encourages teams to engage deeply with real-world challenges, build stronger collaboration, and develop skills through hands-on experience rather than theory alone.
This approach helps organizations stay innovative and responsive in fast-changing environments, turning learning into an ongoing journey rather than a one-time event.
Just like a dbz future trunks jacket represents resilience, growth, and a forward-thinking spirit inspired by Future Trunks, a learning organization thrives by adapting, evolving, and facing challenges with confidence and purpose.
Really interesting to see the concept of the learning organization being revisited through actual action research rather than just theory. The idea that organizations can grow and retain talent through collective understanding is something a lot of companies talk about but rarely put into practice this deliberately. Came across a related piece on https://direwolfseo.co.uk/ that explored how teams build shared knowledge over time which felt very aligned with what Denis is presenting here. Would love to see more on the CAPT 5D approach.
I agree with your points, especially about staying consistent. That’s something many people overlook. I’ve also seen good discussions about this on arionplay. Looking forward to your next post!
